How to Become a Fruitarian
As its name suggests, a fruitarian is a person who eats only fruits, though some will also include nuts and seeds in their diets. Like vegetarians, fruitarians choose this diet out of a respect for life and to enjoy better health. An abrupt change to eating only fruits, however, can have an adverse effect on your body. Take time to gradually change your eating habits and enjoy this healthy lifestyle.

1
Begin by making small changes in your diet. You can start by eating only fruit for one meal every day or by eating only fruit one day each week. Follow this plan for at least a few weeks to allow your body to adjust to the change in your diet.
-
2
Increase your intake of fruit. Eat fruit for another meal each day or add another day of eating only fruit, again allowing your body to adjust to this for a few weeks before making any other changes.

Listen to your body. As your meals are filled with more and more fruits you'll become increasingly aware of how different foods affect your body. You'll find your former diet will not provide you with the energy you have from eating only natural and uncooked foods. Eventually eating only fruits with some nuts and seeds will leave you feeling satisfied and healthier.

Tips & Warnings
Eat items from your former diet when you crave them and eat lots of them. Overfilling your cravings will help to eliminate them.
Fruits are often treated with chemicals to enhance appearance and size. Try to eat organic fruits to avoid anything unnatural and possibly harmful.
