If you use your Juno email account regularly, then you probably already know that you have video mail included with your account. If you haven't tried it yet because you're afraid it's too technical, read these instructions. You'll find it's almost exactly like using regular email and wonder why you've waited so long to try it out.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Sign into your Juno email account. Enter your username and password and click "Sign-in." If you use Juno as your ISP, the sign-in box will pop up when you double-click on the Juno icon. If you are accessing your Juno account through the "My Juno" page, then you will sign-in in the box entitled "Email and Account Sign In."

  2. Step 2

Go to your email program or page. After you get to your mailbox, click on the drop-down menu on the "Compose" button located just above the left side bar, or on the drop-down menu under the "Compose" tab in the center of the page. You will have an "Email" and a "Video Mail" option. Click on "Video Mail."

  3. Step 3

Enter the recipient and subject information. In the Video Mail message box, enter the email addresses of those to whom you wish to send the message to in the "To" box. There is a default subject line entitled "You have a Juno Video Mail," but you can certainly change it if you wish.

  4. Step 4

Prepare your video message. If you have a webcam attached to your computer, you can record your message right from Juno Video Mail by clicking on the "Record Video" tab, and then by clicking "Record." However, you can also upload pre-recorded messages by clicking on the "Upload Video" tab, then the "Browse" button to find your video, and then finally clicking "Upload."

  5. Step 5

Send your video message. Once your message has finished uploading, you can add a text message in the text box if you'd like. Once you are finished, you can either click "Send" to send your message to the desired recipients, or "Save Draft" to save your message to your "Drafts" folder and send your message later.
