If you're looking for a more entertaining way to send electronic communication, then Juno video mail may be just what you need. If you have a Juno account, you can now send your video messages for free. Here's how you can get Juno Video Mail.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Join Juno. If you don't have one already, you'll need to sign up for a Juno account. Visit the Juno website to compare packages and features. Video mail is also available if you are a free dial-up member or if you use Juno web mail only.

  2. Step 2

Make sure your computer has the minimum system requirements. Juno Video Mail requires a browser that has Explorer 6 or higher, FireFox 1.5 or higher or Safari 1.2 and above. You should also have Adobe Flash 8.0 or newer.

  3. Step 3

Obtain a webcam or a digital video camera. If you are not already in possession of a webcam or a digital video camera, you will need one for recording video messages. Make sure that it has a microphone built in for recording audio. However, if you only have a microphone, you can record audio-only messages and send them with Juno Video Mail.

  4. Step 4

Get ready to use your Juno Video Mail feature. If it is not working correctly, however, click on the "Help" tab in your email to help you troubleshoot problems.

  5. Step 5

Remember when using the video mail feature that you're "on camera" and this means you will be seen by others. Be sure to dress and act appropriately.
