How to Change Juno Email Settings

Sometimes when you check your email you get an error message saying you cannot send or receive. When this happens your email settings need to be changed or updated. Changing your email settings in Juno is no different than changing the settings with any other POP email provider. Change your email settings in Juno in less than 5 minutes.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Launch your email software. Email software are programs such as Eudora, Outlook, Windows Mail and Mac Mail.

  2. Step 2

    Locate the account settings for your email account and open that window. A small window pops up on your screen and asks you if you want to create a new account or edit an old account. Choose the "Edit" option. Then click the "Next" button to continue.

  3. Step 3

    Select the email account you want to edit from the list of accounts provided and then choose "Change" or "Edit." This opens a window displaying your email address, your STMP address, your POP3 address and other email settings.

  4. Step 4

    Review the email settings and visit the Juno website to ensure you have the correct settings. Juno provides you with the correct STMP address, POP3 address and Port numbers.

  5. Step 5

    Test the email settings by clicking the "Test" button. This sends a test email to make sure your settings are correct.

  6. Step 6

    Choose the "Finish" or "Done" option to close your account settings menu.
