How to Prolong Lovemaking With Tantric Sex

One of the main goals of tantric sex is to prolong lovemaking. This is of particular concern to men, who are more prone to quick finishes than women. In fact, most women have no physical limits on their lovemaking sessions, other than their personal endurance levels. That's why most tantric sex classes and books focus on techniques that bring the man in control of his orgasmic responses. Keeping his orgasm in check is the key to prolong lovemaking in tantric sex.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Keep Orgasm at Bay for Long Periods of Time

  1. Step 1

Practice strengthening your PC muscles. These are the muscles you use to stop your flow of urine. Tighten up the PC muscles several times a day and hold them that way for a few seconds each time. You'll gradually build up the strength necessary to use those muscles to stop an orgasm in its tracks.

  2. Step 2

Make love using slow, deep thrusts. The slower you move during sex, the longer it's going to take you to build up to orgasm.

  3. Step 3

Take long, deep breaths throughout the lovemaking process. Breathe deliberately, paying close attention to every breath you take. This will keep your focus off of having an orgasm and allow you greater control over your body's responses.

  4. Step 4

Stop what you're doing any time you feel an orgasm may be on its way. Take a few moments to breathe deeply and allow your passions to subside. Once you feel in control of yourself, start again.

  5. Step 5

Clamp down on your PC muscles to stop yourself from ejaculating. Do this at the moment you feel an orgasm is about to occur. Squeezing the PC muscles as tightly as you can will not only stop ejaculation--thus allowing you to continue with your lovemaking--it will often result in a wave of pleasurable, pseudo-orgasmic sensations, if done at just the right moment.

Tips & Warnings
  • Slowing down the movements of sex allows desire to build gradually, which normally results in a deeper, more intense orgasm when you finally allow it to happen. Slow sex is also typically more pleasurable for the woman.
  • Don't expect to be able to significantly prolong your lovemaking right away with tantric sex techniques. Achieving truly long lovemaking sessions with your partner takes a lot of practice. You'll probably have a few bumps in the road during your first two or three dozen attempts. Be patient, keep at it and you'll get to where you want to be.
