The ancient art of tantra holds a deep fascination for many people in the Western world. With its reputation for teaching adherents how to achieve mind-blowing orgasms through intensely intimate sex, it is understandable why so many people want to learn more about the tantric arts. Books on tantric sex are flying off the shelves and people are signing up for classes in droves. If you want to learn more about tantric techniques but neither of these options is for you, you should put tantric sex videos to use.

Instructions

Utilize Videos to Get Your Tantra On

  1. Step 1

Find a ready source of tantric sex videos. Large bookstore chains, the corner video store, your local adult novelty store and even Internet auction sites are all common sources of educational videos about tantra.

  2. Step 2

Start out with a video for beginners. The tantric arts can be complex and often take years (or longer) to learn properly. You'll need to start slowly and work your way up to more advanced videos as you build your skills.

  3. Step 3

Arrange for some privacy. Practicing tantra is probably not something you're going to feel comfortable doing in front of a crowd. Wait until no one else is home, or go in your bedroom and lock the door whenever you use your video.

  4. Step 4

Practice on your own until you're comfortable with the basic techniques being taught. Once you feel that you've gained enough breath control and flexibility to perform a few simple tantra moves, bring in your partner for future practice sessions.

  5. Step 5

Follow along closely with the instructor on the video as you use it. Try to copy her moves exactly as you watch. If something is confusing to you or you're not sure if you did a move correctly, play the video in slow motion so you can spot any subtleties in the move you might have missed.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you and a partner want to begin tantra practice as a couple, it's still a good idea go solo the first few times you each use the video. Take turns with the video until you both feel ready to deploy some tantra into a joint lovemaking session. After that, all future practice sessions should be done together.
  • If you start to feel lightheaded while practicing with your videos, or if you start to hurt anywhere, stop what you're doing immediately. That's your body telling you you're not ready for that move just yet. Rest until you feel better (or head to the doctor, if you need to) and wait a few days before trying again.
