If you have a problem with a company and do not receive the appropriate help and support from its customer service department, it may be time to look for help elsewhere. While this should be considered a last resort, it is possible to report to outside sources if a company has been rude, neglectful or simply failed to provide you with the appropriate level of customer service.

This employee's name is Sean Dwyer works at the tool counter. He offer pot to other employee while I was shopping there.
