Things You'll Need:
- Tight pants with high inseams
- Extra small undergarments or bikini bottoms
- Lycra shorts or tights

Step 1
Dig into the back of the closet and put on a pair of jeans you haven't worn since high school. Sure, they're too tight, but keep in mind--the snugger the fit, the more pronounced the camel toe you will create.

Head to the gym in a body-pinching pair of Lycra tights or a pair of spandex bike shorts. Hike up the inseam until you achieve the desired effect.

Put on a swimsuit and get the bottom half wet. Adjust the crotch area so a separation is visible. Go for a slight camel toe if you're trying to make it look like an accident, or go for a more exaggerated look if you're going for the shock factor.

Wear something distracting on top, like a low-cut blouse. Draw attention to another part of your body if you're not completely comfortable with your camel toe being the center of attention just yet. Of course, if you want to create maximum shock, keep the focus strictly on your lady bits.

Don't wear underwear! Let your camel toe take center stage by slipping into a pair of clingy cotton or spandex hot pants. Fold the waistband over several times if you don't want to hike your pants up to your ribs.
