How to Make a Bunny Costume for a Baby

The classic bunny costume never goes out of style. Dress your baby up as this soft creature for a night of trick or treating. It's easy to make with pajamas your baby already has in her closet as a base for the costume. Take a little time to create this cute outfit!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Pink or white fleece footie pajamas
  • Headband rabbit ears
  • White cotton powder puff
  • Scrap of white or pink felt or fleece
  • Pink lipstick
Step1
Buy a white or pink fleece footie pajamas in your baby's size.
Step2
Take your fabric scrap of fleece or felt and cut into an oval the size of your baby's torso. Glue or sew the fabric to the tummy area of the footie pajamas. If you have pink pajamas, make a white tummy, if you have white pajamas, make a pink tummy.
Step3
Glue or sew the white powder puff to the rear end of the pajamas for a fluffy tail.
Step4
Buy a bunny ear headband at your craft store or dollar store. Add a dot of pink lipstick to the baby's nose.
