Prepare to relax by stretching your hands Get ready
Limber up and relax. There's really nothing to it. Chicks sense when you are uptight and when you are relaxed.

Step2

Make eye contact Make eye contact
Chicks are mesmerized by you looking deeply into their souls. Don't be afraid to really make eye contact.

Step3

Cradle your hands Prepare for the pick up
Cradle your hands in a little nest shape.

Step4

Pick your target Select which chick to pick up
Usually you will find chicks with other chicks. You will need to decide which one to pick up.

Step5

Go for it Execute the pick up
Cradle one gently but firmly. Lift.

Step6

Picking up more than one For experts, pick up more than one
