How to Make Matzo Brei (Fried Matzo)

How to Make Matzo Brei (Fried Matzo) thumbnail
Fried Matzo

The Jewish Passover Festival requires that we eat Matzo during the holiday and we do not eat bread. This is to celebrate Moses and the Hebrews crossing the desert when running from the Egyptians. Matzo is quite tasteless and quite honestly, a real downside to the holiday. However, fried matzo or matzo brie is the ONE good thing you can do with Matzo. Does this Spark an idea?
