How to Choose A Safe Deodorant

Almost all deodorants on the market today contain tricloson and/or aluminum. Both of these chemicals have been linked to major health problems; Triclosan is known to cause cancer in and aluminum has been linked to Alzheimer's disease. In deodorant, aluminum comes in the form of aluminum chlorhydrate which is a heavy metal that can be absorbed through the skin. When you apply these chemicals to an area near the underarm lymph nodes they are very easily distributed throughout the body.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Natural Deodorant Alternative Such As A Rock Crystal
  • An Eagerness To Eliminate Hidden Toxins

Step1
Throw away the aluminum-laden cancer stick you have been religiously applying to your body daily
Step2
Go to any natural foods store or health shop and find the deodorants. Make sure to read the ingredients very carefully. AVOID any product that contains any of the following chemicals in any form;

Aluminum
Triclosan
Propylene glycol
Parabens
Talc
Silica
Steareth-n
Step3
Choose a deodorant that meets the standards. I personally use a mineral salt rock that works very well. These are relatively inexpensive and can be purchased for about $5. Not to mention they last forever
Step4
Tell friends and family to do the same thing

Tips & Warnings

  • People respond differently so you may have to try a couple products until you find one that is right for you
