How to Create a WWF Costume - Stone Cold Steve Austin

How to Create a WWF Costume - Stone Cold Steve Austin. Steve Austin may be MIA in the WWF, but that doesn't mean you can't dress up and drop a Stone Cold Stunner on Halloween night.

Things You'll Need:

  • Halloween Makeup Kits
  • Knee Pads
  • Boots
  • Spray Paints
  • Shorts
  • Wristbands
  • Microfiber Vests
  • Glitter

Shave your head completely. If you aren't ready to do this, certain specialty costume shops sell a thin rubber skin that wraps over your head to create the bald look artificially.

Use eyeliner to draw on a mustache and goatee, if necessary. Some Halloween makeup kits also come with fake mustaches and goatees, as well as instructions for applying the artificial facial hair.

Create the Stone Cold vest. Cut a thin piece of leather or polyester so that the vest opens up in the front (from top to bottom) and covers the entire back.

Paint the Stone Cold skull on the back center of the vest. Use silver spray paint to color in the skull, which has red eyes and a mean stare (search the Web for pictures of the vest). Spray the words "Stone Cold" or "Hell, Yeah" around the skull.

Paint a smaller version of the Stone Cold skull on the front left side of the vest. On the front right side, paint the name "Austin" vertically in big block letters; start with the letter "A" on the top.

Wear black wrestling trunks; regular black shorts will work, too.

Slide on black wristbands, along with black knee pads and large black wrestling boots (black shoes are a viable alternative).

Walk with the Stone Cold swagger and attitude as you trick-or-treat, but don't flip anyone off or start guzzling beer. Save that for the real Steve Austin.

See "Create a Muscular Body Builder Costume" (under Related eHows) to create a better physique, if necessary. Your fake muscles will cover up your naked torso.

Tip

Instead of the vest, you may want to sport a black T-shirt with the familiar logo "Austin 3:16" printed across the chest. Apply silver glitter to the skull and the letters of your vest for a more sparkly look.

Warnings:

  • Remember to allow any paint and glue products to dry before actually wearing the costume.
