on 1/2/2008 Very interesting perspective on this. I'll have to take this into account with my next glass of water. It's also good to know that we don't have to force ourself to gulp down 8 glasses a day.

on 1/1/2008 Thank you for this information. I stuggle drinking "tap" water, as your article pointed out "Regular tap water is the culprit for most people’s lack of “thirst”. " is my biggest excuse. this year's new resolution is drinking more water. I would get cold chills in the middle of summer..my hair on my arms and legs would stand up...i would be so cold it was a sign that i needed more water. Correct?
