Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- Jelly roll pan
- Cooking spray or grease
- PUMPKIN BARS
- 4 eggs whipped
- 2 cups of sugar slowly whipped into eggs
- 32 ounce can of pumpkin
- 1 cup of oil
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon of cloves
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- FROSTING
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and grease jelly roll pan

Step 2
Mix all the ingredients for pumpkin bars in the order given under "things you will need". Pour into greased jelly roll pan.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
This is a good time to make the frosting! -
Step 4
Then turn down oven to 325 and bake for 15 more minutes.
Let cool then frost.
