The Bible as a whole can be intimidating knowing where to start. Like wise it can be hard to get the energy to read when you've been in a reading rut.

**If you know the basics of the Bible go ahead and skip down to "tips" if you're just looking for reading ideas.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    There is an Old and New Testament which are divided by the life of Christ. But all 66 books in the Bible are related. As you read your Bible more, you will begin to see how things relate, even though they are centuries apart.

  2. Step 2

    It is important to set aside time everyday to read, so it becomes a habit. A lot of people prefer to read when they get up to start off their day with scripture. This may mean you have to make sacrifices, but they are well worth it!
    It's hard at night to get much out of Bible reading if you read just before bed. Your mind is ready to shut down.

  3. Step 3

    Tell friends in your church that you want to start reading the Bible everyday, and to make sure they ask you, so you have accountability.
