Poison Oak is itchy!! My Native American Uncle Nate let me in on a little secret I thought I'd share with all of you!! Uncle Nate said, "Where grows a foe is where grows a friend." I never really knew what that meant until I realized that in nature, whatever ales you, there usually is a cure near by...growing somewhere!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • A sharp cutting knife
  • a bowl
  • a spoon
  • a medium branch from a Manzanita bush
Step1
Take a sharp cutting knife and widdle the bark off of the Manzanita branch until the branch is white in color.
Step2
Chop up the branch and mush it up with a spoon in a large bowl until the Manzanita branch is in a mushy paste like form.
Step3
Spread the Manzanita mush onto the irritated rashy skin. You will feel results immediately as the painful rash will stop itching immediately.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you're allergic to Manzanita DO NOT USE!!
