Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- Big skillet
- Turkey meat (you can use ground turkey or turkey patties)
- tomatoes
- cheese
- mushrooms
- onions
- any other ingredients you can stir-fry
Step1
Sautee onions and mushrooms on medium-high heat in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and/or wine.
Step2
Add turkey meat and cook until browned. If using turkey patties, use a wooden spoon to break up the turkey into crumbles. Drain excess fat.
Step3
Add remaining ingredients (except for cheese) and sautee until ingredients are tender.
Step4
Top with cheese and serve.
