Write the name of the person you wish to fall in love with you on a piece of paper.

Fill a pot about 12" round with potting soil, leave a hole for the bulb. Place the piece of paper with name written on in folded up in the hole.
Step3
Place the flower seed/bulb in the hole.
Step4
Light the candle.
Step5
Place the bulb into the hole while incanting, "As this root grows, as this blossom blows, may Her/His heart turn toward me, as my will so mote it be."
Step6
Cover the plant with soil and place in a sunny place indoors preferrably. As the root grows, so should that person's love for you.
Tips & Warnings
Take good care of the plant.
This is a great exercise, because, as you begin to feel and care for the plant..I think you change as a person and very often the person you're after, or someone even closer will come to you instead. You send good vibes and energy out by practicing this, and in the end, if the spell fails, you'll still have developed great gardening skills and have a beautiful plant, and who knows, where flowers bloom..so does love and romance!
If the plant dies, so does that person's love. So if you're planning love and marriage, you better plan on keeping that plant alive for a very long time.
I caution, it's better to getting love the old fashioned way.
