I know how diffucult raising children can be, I am a mother of two. You will learn in this article how to sooth the most vile tantrums.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • respect
  • patience

Step1
You really need to know why the child is crying. Start simple, the smaller they are the more they poop so start there.
Step2
No poop, well next is the hunger scale, if it is a little baby try putting your (clean) pinky finger up to her/his mouth. If he/she goes for gold get the bottle.
Step3
Not hungry, well this is where you should try the baby wave, a GENTLE sway back and forth while patting the back of your child. The sway helps to comfort and the patting will help if your child is gassy and needs a good burp or a little mild flatuance is in order.
Step4
Well sometime babies dont need anything, this is what is known as the baby alarm system. Babies learn very soon that if they cry you will run. They are like most people and want attetion. Try talking to your baby and rubbing their back.
Step5
If your child is mad the first thing not to do is give them what they want. This will only encourage this type of behavior in the future.(trust me) You must stand your ground. If you teach your child that they can get what they want with good behavior in the beginning it will go a long way.
Step6
Comfort is your best weapon in all situations. Soothing words and a tender hug go a long way to sooth fussy babies.

Tips & Warnings

  • some babies need to cry, it breaks your heart but it must happen.
  • babies have bad days too, just be there and understand its not all peaches and cream.
  • With all babies be gentle.
