Things You’ll Need:
- 1 Bitter Melon
- Blender
- Strainer
- 1 Cup
- 1 oz.Measuring Cup
Step1
First, get fresh bitter melons from your local produce store, (you'll definitely get them in an Indian grocery store). Then wash them and cut them into 2 pieces. Take the seeds away, (if there is any), from them and again cut them into smaller pieces.
Step2
Place the bitter melon pieces into a blender and grind them and add water to it. Then grind them again to get bitter melon juice. Take the strainer and place it over the cup. Afterwards pour the melon juice into it.
Step3
Take the 1 oz. measuring cup, then pour the juice into it. Drink this juice with an empty stomach (preferably after brushing your teeth in the morning). If you do it everyday for one week and check your blood sugar levels, you'll see the difference. This is an Indian home recipe.
