Refreshing and healthy, and tastes like a cross between a shake and a smoothie.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 - 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  1. Step 1
     

    Mix 1 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of vanilla, 2 tablespoons of honey into blender and mix it up in the blender.

  2. Step 2
     

    Add the frozen strawberries into your blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Step 3

    Adding more than a cup of strawberries will make the shake thicker.

  4. Step 4

    Add a straw and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings
  • It's almost like a mix between a smoothie and a milkshake.
  • You can use vanilla soymilk instead of regular milk and do not add vanilla.
  • You can substitute sugar for honey or to save calories Splenda.
  • Use can use fresh strawberries instead of frozen.
