Learn what to do to in order to take full advantage of the benefits of a yoga routine.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Choose a time of day that you need the break, or the wind down. Or maybe you like to prepare for your hectic day with yoga.

  2. Step 2

    Be sure the space you use, whether it is in your home, outdoors or in a classroom, is clean and relaxing. A dirty or cluttered space will lend no benefit to your relaxation routine.

  3. Step 3

    Make the space quiet or use soft, meditation music. Clear your thoughts and try not to think about anything negative.

  4. Step 4

    Be as sure as you can that you won't be interrupted. Turn off the phone at your house and definitely the cell phone at class.
