How to Make a Casual Fall Centerpiece

Let your children be involved in the creation of a totally original centerpiece made from nature's autumn beauty!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Clean styrofoam meat tray
• glue or glue gun
• leaves, pine cones, other fall decorations

1. Go for a fun and interesting nature walk to gather decorating supplies. Suggestions would be pretty, colorful leaves that have fallen, pine cones, or acorns.

2. Let the children arrange what they have collected onto the meat tray to form a cute fall collage.

3. Piece by piece, glue the collage to the meat tray.

4. Let it dry for at least one hour.

Tips & Warnings

• If you would like a little more flair, add a small pumpkin or indian corn.
• I don't recommend using a hot glue gun if you are doing this project with younger children.
