Step1
Good health
As winter is approaching, it will be more difficult to find time to continue to exercise outdoor and out side. Yet, we need to keep working to maintain a good health.
Step2
Running is the basic and fundamental form of exercise to keep you strong. It promotes Cardio Vascular activity and strengthens your heart and lower body.
Step3
In stead of going out and jogging, use jump rope and start jumping in garage. You don't need a lot of space, and you can do this in relatively warmer places. This is especially attractive in Winter season.
Step4
Keep 4 jumps as one logical unit of exercise. Do 30 times of logical units. This will lead you to jump 120 times. Take one 10 seconds break, and loosen up leg and thigh. Repeat these 3 more times, so in total you will jump 480 times. You can finish this in less than 10 minutes.
Now, start pushing up 10 times in one logical unit of exercise. Repeat this three times, so you will do 30 times of push up. Take 10 second break in between.
Step5
Burn Fat Feed Muscle
Finally, spend around 3 minutes to loosen up legs, body, chest and neck, so that your muscle can rest down.
In total, this series of exercise will take around 15 minutes, and will keep you strong. Devote to this and execute. One last thing, have your spouse or kid be accountable for your exercise.
