Stomach ulcers are difficult to heal because they are always being irritated by stomach acid. If you suffer from stomach or intestinal discomfort, try this nutrient rich drink to aid in healing of the digestive tract.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Carrot juice
  • Celery
  • Cabbage
  • Alfalfa sprouts
  • Broccoli spears
  • Radish tops
  • Carrot tops
  • Parsley
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Blender
Step1
Cabbage is the key! Chop the following:
2 stalks of celery
2 cups of cabbage
Pour 1 cup of carrot juice (fresh if available) into a blender container and add the chopped celery and cabbage. Blend thoroughly.
Step2
Add each of the following one at a time and then Blend thoroughly after each vegetable is added.

1/4 cup of alfalfa sprouts
1/2 cup cut broccoli spears
1/4 cup of the green tops off radish
1/2 cup of the green tops off carrots
1/2 cup curly parley
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (not roasted!)
Step3
Add salt to taste!
Do not cook any of these vegetables as heat kills the Vitamin U in them.

Tips & Warnings

  • Cabbage juice contains vitamin U and is great at promoting healing of ulcers.
