Cabbage is the key!
Chop the following: 2 stalks of celery 2 cups of cabbage Pour 1 cup of carrot juice (fresh if available) into a blender container and add the chopped celery and cabbage. Blend thoroughly.

Add each of the following one at a time and then Blend thoroughly after each vegetable is added.
1/4 cup of alfalfa sprouts 1/2 cup cut broccoli spears 1/4 cup of the green tops off radish 1/2 cup of the green tops off carrots 1/2 cup curly parley 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (not roasted!)
Step3
Add salt to taste! Do not cook any of these vegetables as heat kills the Vitamin U in them.
