This window cleaner works better than the commericial ones, costs considerably less and can double as a disinfecting spray cleaner.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
Mix together:

1 cup white vinegar

1 cup rubbing alcohol

1-cup water

1 tsp zip wax (Can be found at auto supply stores. The addition of the zip wax also helps to keep your windows and mirrors stay clean longer and it acts as a repellent to dirt.)
Step2
Mix all together in a quart-sized spray bottle.
Step3
If you want to make a household cleaner out of the same formula leave out the zip wax and add 2 tsp of dish soap.

Tips & Warnings

  • Not only cleans glass but acts as a disinfectant on surfaces!
