Things You'll Need:
- honey
- lime
- green tea
- water
- juices (veg/fruit)
- banana

Step 1
Start your day a little early than your usual schedule which in itself a step to detoxing. that extra time try spending it on drinking luke warm water.

A few drops of lime juice in a glass full of luke warm water and a spoonful of honey makes a tasty detox juice. the vitamin C in lime juice and the enzymes in Honey when combined acts as an anti-oxidant which removes all the free radicals detoxing the system.

Step 3
take more and more water to flush all the toxins during the day. remember not to take any milk products including tea and coffee for this particular day. instead take more of green tea.

Step 4
Draining the body of the accumulated toxins may lead to dropping of potassium levels in the system. Bananas are abundant in potassium so have them for a tea break.

Step 5
Take fruits during the day and veg during the evenings as fruits have glucose in them which takes a little longer to digest so taking them during the day is the the best option.
