Halloween is for fun. It doesnt always have to come up with fat bills. here is an excellent idea of making your own costume for that party you are planning this weekend.
Below are the directions for how to make a lady bug costume. so get set go.
Step2
Take a binding wire about 2 meters. pass it through the black straws so that the wire is camouflaged under the series of straws. now make an 8 with the wire by joining the two ends and twisting twice exactly in the center. now we have a frame for the wings. take the fabric and wrap the eight tight with out loosing the shape. wrap i as if you are covering the eight from both the sides. make a bow with the left over fabric in the middle. now you have wings ready.
Step3
Pick either a tank top, or **** tube or vest or just some cami with the other color skirt or just pick a complete dress in single color, either in black or red again. Draw circles on the contact paper and cut the circles and start sticking them all over your out fit with out over doing it.
Step4
With the satin ribbon make a band and wrap it around your head like a head band. leave two frills of satin ribbon hanging from your wrist. Stitch the wings to the dress or just stick it to the exact length you want them to be shown.
Step5
There you are dressed up like a lady bug. complete the out fit with either red or black stockings and contrast stilettos.

go for a fabric which already has polka dots
Ikea does some netted curtains which can be used as the fabric for the wings
