Place all ingredients in plastic bag. Turn bag over several times to coat chicken.

Refrigerate chicken 30 min to marinate. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. You can do these two steps in the morning or the night before if even 30 minutes is too long to wait!

Arrange chicken on foil-covered baking sheet. Bake chicken 20 min. or until cooked through (165 degrees) While it is baking, rest, read the paper or watch TV.
