Things You'll Need:
- Water
- Foil
- Oven
-
Step 1
Sprinkle water on your bread. More than drizzled, but less than soaked. Make sure there's water on all of it. If the bread is sliced, make sure there's water between the slices. If it's not already sliced, it works better when you add water between the slices.
-
Step 2
Wrap the bread in aluminum foil.
-
Step 3
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Put the foil wrapped loaf on the bottom rack of the oven for 16 minutes. Voila!

on 1/25/2009 OMG! this is such a useful article! usually, i would just make bread crumbs or croutons, but this helps because sometimes, I just want some bread and don't want to skip to the grocery just for a stinkin' loaf! thanks for the great share!
