Want the good Ending in Dawn of Sorrow? Want to be able to shift into the mirrors and get all of those nifty armor pieces? You will need the Paranoia Soul for both of these endeavors. So here is how to do it.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • Seal 4
  • Axe Armor soul
  • Killer Clown soul
  • Ukoback soul
  • (DS and Dawn of Sorrow of course...)

Step1
Read the Warnings and Tips below before actually beginning play!
Step2
Fight the Iron Golem. (Optional Step for Additional Experience Points.)

At the top most level of the Demon Guest House, you will find that there are the familiar enemies you are used to fighting. Make your way up to the top left corner and slip inside to fight the Iron Golem. He is no easy foe. No matter what weapon you use on him, you will only cause one damage.
Step3
Destroy the Three Red Walls.

Move down one entrance down on the left side.

Inside this entrance you will see three red walls. The first has a Knight throwing an Axe, The Second a Clown Juggling Cards, And the third a Little Goblin lighting fires.

Wall 1: Equip your Axe Armor and use the Axe on the first wall. It will crumble.

Wall 2: Equip Killer Clown and use a Card on the second wall. It will crumble.

Wall 3: Equip Ukoback and light a fire on the third Wall. It will crumble.

Once you have made your way through the walls, you will head into an empty room, and then be forced to use Seal 4 to get to Paranoia.
Step4
Fight Paranoia, Form 1.

Attack 1: Paranoia will dive down and attempt to cut you with a knife... Simply slide along the floor, or run to safety to dodge this attack.

Attack 2: Paranoia will disappear into the mirrors and adjust their angles before shooting a laser at you. Run, dodge, jump, or fly with Bat Company to avoid this attack. (Bat Company seems to be the most effective.)

Hack and slash to beat the first form. Save your magic energy so that you can stay in the air long enough to avoid the lasers.
Step5
Fight Paranoia, Form 2.

Attack 1: Paranoia will hover over you, and slam into the ground causing massive damage to you if you don't move. To avoid this, wait until Paranoia hovers above you, and then slide, jump, or run to get out of the way. Don't give him too long above you or you will end up smashed.

Attack 2: Paranoia will again disappear into the mirrors and shoot lasers at you. Same routine as before. Use Bat Company to hover, but beware. HE REPEATS THIS PROCESS TWICE before coming out of the mirrors once more.
Step6
Collect Olrox's Suit (A MUST IF YOU HAVE COME THIS FAR!)

Once you have beaten Paranoia, you will gain the ability to shift into mirrors. Move to the room to the left of the final battle, and you will see a tux, Olrox's Suit. This is one of the best pieces of clothing in the game, so make sure to grab this and make for a save point.
Step7
Collect the Mana Prism.

In the room where you fought the first form of Paranoia, there is a Mana Prism. Pick this handy little piece of equipment up on your way out.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use the Malachi Soul to speed along the process of killing the Iron Golem.
  • If you are really having trouble with the Lasers, Stick with Bat Company.
  • Recommended level 37.
  • Have a couple of HP and MP potions on hand...
