Things You'll Need:
- one package of small pita pockets
- extra virgin olive oil
- garlic powder
- sea salt
- parsley
-
Step 1
Cut the small pita pockets twice so that you've got four sections, (cut once down the middle then straight across). Separate the four quarters at the seams to create eight triangular chips.
-
Step 2
Lay each triangular chip on a greased baking pan. Grease the pan with a light cooking spray such as Pam cooking spray or similar.
-
Step 3
Drizzle each piece with extra virgin olive oil. About a half of a teaspoon of oil each should do it. If you are using butter as a substitute for oil, one pat will do. Sprinkle each chip with garlic powder, sea salt and parsley.
-
Step 4
Bake until the edges of the chips become a golden brown. Let them cool for 3-5 minutes then serve with any kind of dip or by itself. Enjoy!

on 3/19/2008 I would say to set the oven at 300 to 350 depending on your oven. The higher the temperature the less time they will need in there. Its best to keep checking on them. You want them golden brown on the edges.
