  2. Step 2

    Determine if you qualify as a Chem-Dry franchise owner. Chem-Dry requires that there franchisees have a net worth of $75,000 with a cash liquidity requirement of $4,000.

  3. Step 3

    Work with the Chem-Dry parent company to arrange for financing your franchise. The total cost of the franchise will be from $25,000 to $240,000, depending on the package that you choose and the size of the territory you want. Chem-Dry does provide in-house financing.

  4. Step 4

    Hire a lawyer that specializes in franchise law, to help you in setting up your franchise. The franchise fee will be between $11,000. and $35,000. There is an ongoing royalty fee of $350 each month. The franchise agreement is for a term of 5 years and is renewable. The renewal fee is $750.

  5. Step 5
