Some circumcised men feel very self-conscious about the fact that they no longer have a foreskin. Many men feel uncomfortable and angry about having their foreskin removed against their will. Follow these steps if you want to restore your foreskin.

From Quick Guide: Men's Health Issues
Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Realize that restoring your foreskin can be a lengthy process. It can take anywhere from six months to several years. You must be devoted to foreskin restoration for it to be effective.

  2. Step 2

Research the stretching method used to restore a foreskin. Ensure that you understand the procedure before you begin stretching.

  3. Step 3

Pull the shaft skin over the glans of your penis and tape it closed using first aid tape. The pressure of the glans of the penis will start stretching the skin.

  4. Step 4

Stretch the shaft skin daily and be gentle. Pulling harder won't make you see results faster. Stretching the skin will cause your body to produce more skin cells and encourage the skin and muscles to grow.

  5. Step 5

Buy stretching devices such as weights to help aid in the re-growth of foreskin. Adding weights for short periods of time will increase the tension on the foreskin and help to speed up the restoration.

  6. Step 6

Stop stretching if you feel pain or discomfort. No part of the foreskin restoration process should be uncomfortable. Continuing the restoration process could cause permanent damage to your penis.

  7. Step 7

Consult a doctor about surgical methods of foreskin restoration if you don't achieve the desired results from non-surgical restoration. All surgeries have their risks, so surgical restoration of the foreskin should be used as a last resort.

Tips & Warnings
  • Always use medical tape to stretch your foreskin. Using non-medical tape can irritate the skin and possibly cause injury when you remove it.
