Things You'll Need

  • 2 cups distilled water
  • 1/2 oz. fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 oz. fresh sage
  • 1 oz. fresh stinging nettle leaves
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lavender
  • Strainer
  • 4 oz. of liquid peppermint castile soap
  • 1 empty 8 oz. plastic bottle

Instructions

      Boil 2 cups distilled water and add the fresh herbs to the pot. Remove the pot from the heat and cover with a tight fitting lid. Allow the mixture to steep for 45 minutes.

      Strain the herbs from the water and pour the liquid into the empty 8 oz. bottle. Add 4 oz. of liquid peppermint castile soap and place the lid tightly on the bottle. Shake until mixed well.

      Apply this natural stinging nettle dandruff treatment to your hair daily as you would normal shampoo. The treatment will both cure and prevent dandruff gently and naturally.
