Step 1

on 9/25/2008 Hi, very good article. I can add that Valerian root is also an excellent remedy. I've been using it for stress for years.

on 2/4/2008 I have never heard of Bacopin supplements. I will try it this week. I have just stop taking a medication for anxiety about six weeks ago. I will never take anything again other than natural supplements.
