The 900-store retailer also operates a printing and document management service for anyone from a college student to huge corporations. OfficeMax calls their printing division ImPress. Follow these steps to use OfficeMax ImPress.

  1. Step 1

    Be familiar with the printing services that ImPress provides. Services include high-speed black and white printing, binding and finishing, large format printing and duplication services, printing and copy centers and digital color printing.

  2. Step 2

    Know that ImPress can help with all types of custom products, from business cards to holiday cards to calendars. Personalizing items adds a special touch whether it's for home or business.

  3. Step 3

    Visit an OfficeMax store in your neighborhood to talk to a print rep about your project. Talking with someone in person is just one of the ways to use ImPress services.

  4. Step 4

    Call an OfficeMax ImPress representative at (877) 267-9629 as another way to get started on a project.

  5. Step 5

    Log on to OfficeMax print services and email your print jobs directly to OfficeMax. A click of a button allows you to repeat a previous order. All you have to do is establish an account with a user name and password. You can do this the first time you try to send or submit an order by clicking on "New Customer."

  6. Step 6

    Order custom items from the website as well. Find selections of business cards, stamps, labels and calendars.

  • Some stores now offer in-store kiosks that provide printing services. The kiosks allow you to choose from different design ideas or to create your own for products.
