Step1
Use an online forum, where you can remain anonymous if you wish, to express your unpopular opinion. There is little chance that your identity can be traced through an online forum.
Step2
Try writing a "Letter to the Editor" of your local newspaper. This letter will ensure that many people will read your unpopular opinion, especially in your local area.
Step3
Send a "Letter to the Editor" to a news television show that you watch. You can sign your letter with an alias if you wish to remain anonymous.
Step4
Picket a public establishment by carrying a sign that expresses your unpopular opinion if you wish to be brave. If you choose this form of expression you risk physical attack by others, especially if your opinion is an emotional issue. Picketing is a way to draw publicity to your opinion.
Step5
Raise your hand to express your unpopular opinion while in a classroom environment. It's best to wait until the class is discussing the topic. Don't bring the subject up "out of the blue." Classrooms are usually safe places for expressing unpopular opinions, but students might be verbally or physically attacked once they leave the classroom.
