Everyone is bound to happen across a narcissistic female sooner or later. It can be annoying, even if the woman has the goods to back up her high opinion. As vanity is seen as one of the seven deadly sins, it seems like it would be the duty of others to take her down a few pegs. Here is how to deal with a woman who thinks she's gorgeous.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Step1
Avoid the bait when she fishes for compliments. When she's out somewhere dressed to the nines and all put together and starts saying things like "Oh my gosh, I look awful!" simply ignore the comment and bring up a new subject.
Step2
Bring her head out of the clouds when she begins to go on and on about her looks. Inform her that beauty paired with a humble attitude is much more appealing than a lovely woman sitting on a high horse.
Step3
Use the magic words: "Get over yourself." Yes, it will probably sting a bit, and she may not even take your advice to heart, but you will feel better for having aired your grievances.
Step4
Prepare yourself for the "You're just jealous" speech that you are most likely to hear. Explain that it is not a case of jealousy, but rather a case of concern for her self-absorption. After all, you are likely only one out of many people who have had their fill of her conceited personality.
Step5
Coach her on how to allow her looks to speak for themselves so that she doesn't have to be their spokesperson as well.
Step6
Cut and run, if she cannot be swayed from her self-loving behavior. There are many gorgeous women out there who don't feel the need to be the center of attention at all times.
