How to Prepare For A Threesome

One little word inspires three times the fun in the sack: threesome! The topic may be sticky (and sweaty and saucy), but once your boyfriend, girlfriend or friend-with-benefits agrees to one, you're still not in the clear. There's still plenty to do to get ready for your swinging sexual experience. Being completely prepared will help ensure everyone has a good time.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Make sure you talk about all the possible issues before hand. There's always the fear of getting left out during a threesome. This is especially important if one of these two people is your boyfriend or girlfriend. Make sure you set up and agree on mutual ground rules, and remember to take care of your significant other's concerns. Future threesomes depend on it.

  2. Step 2

Pick a third partner together. Your third partner should be neither partner's best friend, especially on your first threesome with this boyfriend or girlfriend. Porn stars can pull this sort of thing off all day, but regrettably you're not a porn star. So stay within your limits. Pick someone that's disease-free and that has sexual appeal to both you and your main partner.

  3. Step 3

Get the necessary supplies. This includes everything from condoms to paper towels, lube and toys. Talk to your boyfriend or girlfriend before you hit the sex store, or, better yet, take them along with you.

  4. Step 4

Carbo-load for the big game. Make sure you've had your water beforehand. You need to anticipate using at least as much energy as if you were in a regular two-some. If things go right, you'll need more.

  5. Step 5

Wash up. Wash your sheets, wash yourself and wash your partners.

  6. Step 6

Set the mood. Light some candles. Consider putting on some music. Turn down the lights and have a blast.
