Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- Five pounds of new red potatoes
- Half a cup of dry white wine
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- One and 1/4th cups mayonnaise
- One and 1/4th cups sour cream
- Two and 1/2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- Two and 1/2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
- 1/2 pound of crumbled blue cheese
- Five minced green onions
- One and 1/2 cups chopped celery
Step1
Put all of your potatoes into a large pot.
Step2
Pour cold water over the potatoes until they are all covered.
Step3
Boil the potatoes until they're tender.
Step4
Drain the water from the pot and set the potatoes aside so they can cool a bit. Once they are cool enough to handle, peel them.
Step5
Slice the potatoes into pieces about an inch big.
Step6
Put the sliced potatoes into another bowl.
Step7
Pour the white wine over the potatoes. Season it with salt and pepper and toss the mixture so it coats all of the potatoes.
Step8
Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, vinegar, blue cheese, onions and celery together and then add it to the potatoes.
