If you want at least a day's worth of learning experience, the schools at Casa Lana's Bed and Breakfast or the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone can satisfy your mind and hunger. Copia offers 30-minute classes at easy to afford prices.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate
Step1
Decide when you want to attend cooking school in Napa Valley. Classes offered throughout the year change to accommodate the types of cooking done during that season. For example, expect to find a summer grilling session during the summer months at Casa Lana and a seasonal holiday flavors class in November at a Culinary Institute Cooking demonstration.
Step2
Choose the cooking class that best suits your interests and budget. You can find a variety of classes available for one, two, three and five days or longer at Casa Lana which may include your stay, excursions, food and more. Be sure to check the prices for each class under the class description.
Step3
Review and understand the class policies before booking a class. Casa Lana requires school payment when you register for the class, but Copia allows you to book your session without paying up to 48 hours before class. At Casa Lana if you can't make the class, you must give a 14 day advance notice in order for your nonrefundable enrollment fee to be transferred to another class of your choice.
Step4
Register for your class offered at the cooking school online. You need your credit or debit card to complete the transaction. Once you've received confirmation, book the necessary travel accommodations to get to your cooking school in Napa Valley.

Tips & Warnings
