"Bookmarks" or "Favorites" are a listing within your Internet browser of your favorite Internet addresses. When creating a bookmark, you add a digital place holder which provides a way to instantly recall those internet pages. Bookmarks can be personalized with descriptions and saved within personalized folders. Follow these steps to add a bookmark.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Decide what Internet site you would like to keep for future recall. For example, the eHow website.
Step2
Click on the "Bookmark" drop down menu button along the top row of the Firefox Internet browser.
Step3
Select the "Bookmark This Page" menu selection from the menu. It is the first choice. You can also simply press the Control + D keys together. This technique works the same in Windows and Mac OS's.
Step4
Click on the "Help" button at the very top right of the Firefox browser if necessary or go to the Firefox website for greater support questions.
