Step1
Plan ahead. The NCAA schedules cities for Final Four tournaments up to four years ahead of time. If you're looking for a tournament in your hometown or nearby, check the NCAA website under future Final Fours.
Step2
Submit a general public ticket application by the end of May for the following year's Final Four games. After a random drawing in August, applicants are if they were selected. Ticket books come by Express Mail in January before the March Final Four tournament.
Step3
Contact the arena location in the host city about ticket availability. Visitor and convention bureaus can help with this.
Step4
Investigate ticket availability with the university ticket office of a school playing at the NCAA Final Four. Team schools often receive a number of tickets that may be offered to season ticket holders or through a lottery system.
Step5
Call a ticket broker. For example, Coast to Coast Tickets sells NCAA Women's basketball tickets that they have purchased. Count on a markup on the original ticket price.
Step6
Check the classifieds. People with tickets decide not to go to the NCAA Final Four for whatever reason and need to sell their tickets. Scalpers may also advertise tickets. Either way, tickets often go to the higher bidder.
