How to Spend a Day in the Tribeca District of New York City
The Tribeca area or "triangle below Canal" in New York City falls to the south of Soho, the east of Broadway and to the west of the Hudson River. Originally farmland, Tribeca served as a hub for dry goods and textiles in the mid-1800s. The big lofts, quiet streets and good schools now draw doctors, bankers and lawyers to the historic area.
