Digital cameras allow you to take photos without having to worry about them being perfectly centered or zoomed in as much as you want. You can just open them in Microsoft Digital Image Pro and edit them until you're satisfied. When you're done with editing and cropping your photos then it's time to print them. Follow these steps to learn how to print your photos from Microsoft Digital Image Pro.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Launch Microsoft Digital Image Pro. Click on "Get Pictures" and select where you would like to upload your pictures from. You can upload pictures from your digital camera, scanner, desktop or any form of portable media.

  2. Step 2

Edit and crop your photo or photos as desired. Follow the prompts to determine how to edit your photos.

  3. Step 3

Save your pictures before printing them. If you receive an error message while printing or if your computer freezes, you will have to go back and edit your pictures again. Click on "Save and Send" or you can click on "File" then "Save As."

  4. Step 4

Load your paper into your printer. For the best picture quality use a photo paper or a high gloss card stock. Load the paper into your manual feed tray.

  5. Step 5

Select "File," then "Print" and select the printer that you are printing your picture to. Choose whether your photo is landscape or portrait orientation. Select the size and type of the paper as well as the paper source. Click "Print."

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure that you specify the paper type as glossy or photo before you print them. The ink will not properly fuse to the paper if don't, causing the photo to smear.
