Things You'll Need:
- Vanilla Low-FatYogurt
- Frozen Bananas (freeze your ripen bananas in slices)
- Frozen Strawberries

Step 1
I like to use the 16 oz. cup that came with my Bullet. It's convenient, you make the smoothie in the same cup you are going to drink it from.

Step 2
Add Frozen Banana and a few strawberries to about 8 oz of yogurt

Step 3
Blend till fully mixed
