A smoothie is a great alternative for breakfast, especially for people on the go. You can prepare this in minutes and drink on your way.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Vanilla Low-FatYogurt
  • Frozen Bananas (freeze your ripen bananas in slices)
  • Frozen Strawberries
  1. Step 1

I like to use the 16 oz. cup that came with my Bullet. It's convenient, you make the smoothie in the same cup you are going to drink it from.

  2. Step 2

Add Frozen Banana and a few strawberries to about 8 oz of yogurt

  3. Step 3

    Blend till fully mixed

Tips & Warnings
  • I buy the frozen strawberries that are in a reseal bag, this way you can take out as many as you need. I freeze my ripen bananas in slices in a zip lock bag instead of throwing them out. They come in handy in making a smoothie and you don't have to use ice that will water down your drink.
