If you are looking for a fast and healthy meal or snack, look no further. Smoothies are loaded with vitamins and minerals and take just minutes to make!
First, select the right ingredients. If you want a healthy smoothie, then be sure to use low-fat yogurt (whatever fruit flavor you like). Your fruit can be fresh or frozen, but be sure that you like the flavor combination of the yogurt you've selected, the fruit you've selected, and the orange juice. (My favorite is strawberry, orange, and banana.)

Add an individual serving of low-fat fruit yogurt to your blender.

Using the same container, add the same amount of orange juice to the blender. The juice is important if you plan to drink the smoothie rather than eating it like a Frosty. If you don't like orange juice, you may substitute another juice that complements your flavor choices.

Add the fruit you've selected to the blender.

Add the ice to your blender. If your fruit was frozen, you only need about one cup of ice. If your fruit was fresh, you will probably want two cups of ice.

Place the lid on the blender and blend on high until smooth. Use the pulse button to help chop up any ice that needs extra blending.

Pour your smoothie into a cup you can take with you and enjoy!
