Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- Colorful dresses
- gloves (optional)
- unique purses
- Funky hats
- cute clip on earrings
- Lipstick (optional)
Step1
Weeks before the party, check at local second hand stores or your local Goodwill Industry for inexpensive items. Not only will you find everything you need, but by making purchases at Goodwill you are donating to a great non-profit organization. Goodwill provides education, training and career services for people with disadvantages.
Step2
Once you have found your items, purchase the dryel kit from your local walmart to clean the items. Follow package instructions carefully.
Step3
If the dresses are too long, you can utilize hem tape and safety pins. Hang the dresses on hangers and store away with the other items until party day.
Step4
For fun you can have a tea party using a real tea set. This is the time to serve birthday cake - or other snacks. Have an older teen girl to give the party girls a nail make over. You can place a business size card in each girl's purse that says "Have a Free Nail Make over at (Ashley's birthday party)". You can also place a tube of lipstick or lip gloss in their purses.
